It is important for us to show our customers and society that people with and without disabilities can work together very well in providing a high-quality service. About half of our employees have a severe disability, with our offers and services we would like to encourage the society to do some rethinking.

Environment
Climate change and climate protection are important issues of our time.
We are well aware of our responsibility and have therefore placed great emphasis on recycling and sustainability with regard to the selection of the technologies used.
Our car wash is equipped with the latest technology, which uses a biological water treatment system with double quartz-sand filtration to recycle the water used. The cleaning products used meet the highest environmental and health standards. The electricity for our car wash is generated by a photovoltaic system on the roof.
Lebenshilfe Westpfalz
Equal participation in social life.
Lebenshilfe Westpfalz is networked throughout the region and aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities and their families. Therefore we also make many own offers regarding children, living, recreation and work.
In addition to integrative day care centers, an integration specialist service, a guardianship association, and a wide variety of residential and recreational offerings, Lebenshilfe Westpfalz operates the Gemeinnützige Integrationsgesellschaft Kaiserslautern mbH (iKL) together with the city of Kaiserslautern. With several companies, the iKL creates numerous jobs for people with and without impairments. Eventually, we all benefit from it – not least, for example, the Gartenschau Kaiserslautern.
